ABOUT
From critically acclaimed writer-director Andrew de Burgh ("The Bestowal") comes an origin story of a new horror villain. In modern-day Los Angeles, Rocio Scotto (Blumhouse's "AfrAId") stars as Zara Pereira, a struggling Hollywood actress stuck in a miserable marriage with psychopathic salesman Robert Pereira (Jason Faunt, Power Rangers). After they host a dinner party with their friends Derek Patel (Raj Jawa, Free Guy) and Maya Valentina (Kylie Rohrer) that goes horribly wrong, Zara's new persona "The Seductress from Hell" is born.
Summoning the power of Satan, she sets out on a mission to seduce, torture and murder the people she deems responsible for how her life turned out. With an unhinged cop on her tail (Andrew Lauer, Screamers), can she be stopped before she becomes an immortal supervillain?
The film showcases art direction by Anna Giudice ("Interstellar"), sound design by Steve Campagna (Netflix’s “Stranger Things”) and special effects makeup by Brittany Jamison-Lackey (Marvel’s "Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantumania”). Scored by renowned composer Elezeid (PlayStation 5’s “Z-Warp”), the movie also features an original soundtrack comprised of synth, 90’s trance, jazz, classical piano, silent film music, Indian sitar music, opera and 80’s horror music.

DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT
Having grown up on horror films like "Halloween", "Hellraiser" and "A Nightmare on Elm Street", I've long been inspired to make a horror film that could become a franchise. "The Seductress from Hell" is my lifelong attempt at that. The film is essentially an origin story of a new villain that showcases how the tragedy of a harsh society can turn someone into a monster.
